How to Place an Order
We have made the purchasing process as simple, convenient, and secure as possible. Registration is not required to place an order—the entire process takes only a few minutes.

1. Choose the Items You Like
Explore our collection of Orthodox items created with a blessing and blessed at the relics of Saint Gabriel (Urgebadze), the venerable confessor.
Add the selected items to your basket by clicking the “Add to Basket” button.
If an item is available in several variations—for example, a ring or bracelet size, or a chain length—select the appropriate option before adding it to your basket.
After adding an item, you may continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
2. Review Your Order
Open your basket by clicking the corresponding icon at the top of the website.
Before proceeding to checkout, please carefully review:
- the selected items;
- the quantity of each item;
- sizes and any other selected options;
- the price of each item;
- the total order amount.
If necessary, you may change the quantity of an item or remove any item from your order.
3. Checkout
To complete your purchase, click the “Checkout” button and provide the required information:
- the recipient’s first and last name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- full delivery address.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it during checkout.
Returning customers may sign in to their account, and their saved details will be filled in automatically.
4. Secure Payment
We pay particular attention to payment security. All financial transactions are processed through modern, secure payment systems that provide a high level of protection for personal data.

We deliver orders to almost every country in the world.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure that the items retain their perfect condition and remain securely protected during transit.
We offer free international delivery on all orders.
All parcels are sent by registered international airmail and include an individual tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment throughout its journey.
As a token of our sincere gratitude, every parcel includes a small gift from the NiKa Association for People with Disabilities, symbolising our appreciation for your trust and support.
The average delivery time is 2 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and the operation of local postal services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number so that you can check the location of your parcel at any time.
Quality Guarantee
Every item offered in our shop is carefully inspected before dispatch.
We work with trusted artisans and monasteries and pay particular attention to workmanship and to ensuring that every order is fulfilled correctly.
Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons related to the customer’s personal preferences, including:
- colour;
- size;
- design;
- style;
- individual perception of the item.
Before placing an order, we recommend carefully reviewing the product photographs, description, and specifications.
Manufacturing Defect
If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
After inspecting the item, we will, at our discretion:
- replace the item with a new one free of charge;
- or issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Delivery
The shop operates with the support of Andcross Orthodox International Corporation.
Our logistics warehouses are located in:
- Estonia;
- Latvia;
- Greece.
This enables us to prepare and dispatch orders quickly to almost any country in the world.
Standard Delivery
Free international delivery is available for all orders.
Parcels are sent by registered international airmail and include an individual tracking number.
The average delivery time is 2 to 20 business days.
UPS Express Delivery
If you need to receive your order as quickly as possible, we offer delivery through UPS Express.
The cost is calculated individually and depends on:
- the destination country;
- the shipment weight;
- the carrier’s current rates.
After you request express delivery, we will confirm all details with you and advise you of the cost before dispatching the order.
